They all are in the middle of their fitness journey. Some of them were at their goal weights and some of them had a ways to go. But the also come a long long way thus far! They had the guys to get on stage for the first time in bathing suits and model for the whole crowed! I have so much respect for every single one of them. This lady suffered a stoke and was 250 pounds when she started. She is now on a fitness competition stage KILLIN IT in a bikini and the most important thing is that she had the biggest smile on her face!! And my favorite part was the crowed was cheering and yelling amazing things to her! Not shaming her for not being "skinny" or have the "perfect body." It's all about loving and trusting the process! Results don't come over night! It takes time. Have fun and give it your all!! These people gave me all the motivation I needed! So I figured I'd share!
