6 Minute Morning Workout.
It’s a good wake up workout. Low key but still gets your heart pumping a bit.
❗️The 200 Challenge❗️
Hey everyone! I saw several YouTube videos showing the 200 crunches for a week challenge so I modified this so here it is!!!
So every day for two weeks you do these excersizes no matter what!!!
The challenge:
- 200 crunches
- 200 squats
- 200 jumping jacks
- 200 bicycles
- 20 watermelon squeezes*
Do these every day and yeah it’s a great work out especially if you aren’t used to working out.
* watermelon squeezes are when you put a folded up pillow in between your thighs and squeeze it like you’re wonder woman trying to crush a watermelon with your thighs. So you hold for ten seconds squeezing then release, take a small rest, then repeat.

Yogurt and granola (262 cal)
Cous cous, onion, mushroom and pepper (200 cal)
Homemade Chile con carne (400 cal)
2 cups of black tea (20 cal)
3 sour rolls (232 cal)
bowl of strawberries, oats and yogurt (200 cal)
= 1794 cal (so far, might have some oats or a cup of tea)
Goal: 1,800 cal
Water:
drunk: 2.75L so far (might have a bottle)
goal: 3L
noteable activities
walked 2 miles to the shop, carrying 30kg of shopping on the way back.
done 4 workout routines burning 400 cal
burnt 2,282 cal meaning a profit of 488 cal!
overall today has been very productive diet-wise. I hope to be a bit more active walk-wise though, as on my 'Fit' app it says i've only walked 1.75km! However I am feeling healthier and better :)

2 slices of brown bread with crunchy peanut butter (340 cal)
3 werthers original candies (69 cal)
One serving of crunchy nut granola (224 cal)
Noodles with tomato, peas and mushroom (300 cal)
yogurt with peaches and raisins (180 cal)
chocolate cake (380 cal)
roast pork, potatos and carrots (488 cal)
peanut butter drink (90 cal)
calories consumed: 2,081
goal calories: 1,800
drunk: 2.5L water
goal: 3L
noteable activities:
-went swimming with friend for an hour, did not snack.
-drew for an hour, did not snack.
Tips: Don't eat unnecessary calories- such as the chocolate cake and candies.
notes: good start, though the goal could be a lot closer, im still proud.
