I woke up before the sunrise and hopped in the car on my way to work. The classical music station began to play on the radio. I caught the beginning of the announcement for the next song. "Up next we have a trio consisting of harpsichord, cello, and recorder..." My jaw dropped and my heart was beating quickly with excitement and astonishment! Yay!!! Recorder!!! Also just the fact that this exists is fantastic. I listened intently as I drove in the dawning morning. The beautiful music continued to indulge me as I drove onto the highway heading east into the rising sun. It was a beautiful scene, pink clouds, soft morning rays, smooth concrete, and no traffic with the distinct pluck of harpsichord strings, the caressing voice of the cello, and the high quality high pitched high society recorder blessing my ears. The song continued it's verses as I pulled off the highway and into the parking lot. I arrived early so I stayed in my car, relaxing until the serenade concluded. I turned off the radio once the announcer gave their comments and smiled. This 15 minute bliss session would be a great start to any day.
