Halloween Nails!!

Pictures are from a few months ago. These are Claire’s airbrush glue on nails. I’ve never had acrylic nails since I’m good with nail polish and my nails aren’t brittle enough to warrant them. This is my third time with Claire’s fake nails. Having never used any other brand or style I really can’t judge the quality. I found them easy to use and they lasted quite a few days until I got sick of them being so long and ripped them off. I did like that I could cut and file them down pretty easily. I really liked that this style had more of a gradient effect to the French manicure as opposed to the sharp white line. I found them to be much more subtle. I think I would use them again if I had a special event I was going to but for everyday use (especially at work) they got in the way.

First attempt at striping tape. 😊 Love it!!! Not sure about doing all my nails with it. Might be too busy. But I love it on an accent nail!!

So here’s the dark gray with the matte topcoat. I must say I’m in love with the chalkboard look of them. ☺️

Brash nail polish in Almost Clean Slate. A nice matte dark grey. This took three coats. I’ve been seeing a bit of grey polish lately. Especially with fall right around the corner. I’d like to try this color with my matte top coat to see what that looks like. This is my Seche Vite top coat. I’ve gotten tons of compliments on my nails since I got Seche Vite; it gives the nails a gel-like shine. I highly recommend it. At Target and Wegmans Seche Vite was around 10$ a bottle but I found it at the Christmas Tree Shops for 7$ a bottle.
