therapy. CBT .take your vitamins .take your minerals. Heal your gut. Eat clean. Be healthy. EVERYTHING could end one day just because you won't take care of your health .walk , eat clean, work out, drink water. Take care of the body you came in.
Fall in love with life. Fall in love with being alive so you're not in some sort of escapism 24/7. Fall in love with being alive.
Have people. There's no power in isolation, have people.
Emergency fund. Investments / high yield savings. Give business a chance. Set a financial goal and reach it. Get your finances in order. Have a budget. Use cash or credit to build your credit score. We don't shop online in this house. Live below your means. Choose what is important to spend on and forget the rest. No you don't need new clothes no you don't need a new phone no you don't need to buy that you need to put money into early retirement.
Highly educated. Hot. Sexy. Rich.
Stay AWAYYYYY from men. Even if you are a man stay away from other men.
Sit upright. With your back OFFF the backrest. OFF it. Upright.
