let’s talk about ruby. she’s a badass. we’ve known this. she gets ZERO time to grieve her sister’s death and is immediately under fire from cinder. she really is holding everything together at all times. truly i admire her for her resilience.

so many plot lines set up for the finale. i’m sure the falling-into-the-abyss thing will be a cliffhanger for volume 9, but what about qrow and robyn? and winter? i’m excited but soooo nervous.

i think it’s interesting that instead of emerald being the one to steal the lamp it ended up being neo. i’m excited to see what’s next for the both of them.
