Add YouTube ambience that will help you imagine the desired state, rainy day in the cottage or hustle and bustle of the city café? When resting in bed at the end of the day, relax, scan your body, imagine yourself feeling satisfied and accomplished. How does it feel to be proud of yourself at the end of the day?
Once you start imagining it, you will feel it through your body.
Make the imagination your habit. As you wake up to drink a glass of water. In the same manner, wake up to immerse yourself in the wish fulfilled.
You have all the power and the discipline of the mind to do it.
