Ok so this account is only about the original movie or the style of the movie? Cause if that's so, what about Tron 2.0?

Saw a discussion where they talked about the fact the original Star Wars trilogy is “Space Fantasy” and not science fiction, and that’s why a lot of the current stuff doesn’t feel right. It’s been said before but I feel that also explains Tron, where the original is a computer/science fantasy and the sequel goes into a pure, generic (said with love) science fiction route.

I remember showing my friend Tron and the Crow (1994) and they’re like

Debating if my cousin has the attention span for the Tron pop up book or not, he’s five and it really depends. He’s so smart until he’s not… I think he’d be into it and it won’t make him imitate anything too wild
