Completely unironically this is one of my new favorite pieces of literature

Its funny how, when you have anxiety, other people's chill is like...contagious. Like I'm always stressed out, high-strung, running around like my hair is on fire, especially at work. Then there's my coworker who, every single day, strolls in half an hour late for her 3 hour shift. And honestly? It helps me take a breath. Its like a human embodiment of "Its not that deep" and it's so weirdly therapeutic to have that typa energy around.
