welcome aboard, aurora cunningham, student #2. we are excited to set sail with you ! has anyone told you that you look like sydney sweeney according to our records, you hail from los angeles, california, usa, prefer she/her pronouns, are cis female, and are here to study communications. we also see you received a spot on the ss university because of your money — we won’t tell anyone. during your first few weeks here, other students said you were + confident, + loyal, but also - impulsive. it sounds like you spend most of your time at the sun deck. upon checking your luggage, we noticed you packed a designer handbag brought from home. hopefully your roommates don’t steal it!

she can’t deny that it’s a huge turn on though, she always liked pda and the more risky it was the hotter it turned her on, of course that was after not fucking girls on the first night. after that, it was all fair game for her. the kiss had made her feel all kind of ways and that played in her mind more times than she could count that week but at night, she thought of what kind of promises rory would make when they saw each other again. it was only when the blonde met her at the door that she greeted her with a smirk, “so where to first?”

there was something about ruby that really riled aurora up when being near her. maybe it was her forwardness, maybe it was something else but aurora was excited to be having some alone time with the brunette. it didn’t take long for aurora to acquire her drink and move outside of the cafe where ruby was waiting. she wouldn’t really need the drink once she had her hands on ruby, though. her eyes rolled slightly at ruby’s smirk but aurora smiled. “somewhere private, hopefully.” 

“sure, why not.” briar half smiled. perhaps she would have liked to be around rory in a much more private setting, but she understood if the blonde didn’t want that. she had been the better person between them after all– briar had always let the worse of her get to her before seeing things clearly. “do you have a favorite?”

“sounds like fun.” the blonde smiled, nodding at her ex. she wasn’t sure why she was agreeing to this but there was nothing else to do. maybe they could fix unresolved things. maybe not. she did like briar at one point. “a favorite place or drink? you have to be more specific, b.” 

ruby: didn't i already sound desperate enough?

ruby: well the night is young and you won't pleasure me unless i pleasure you first right?

aurora: you do sound a bit desperate.

blair: a 10/10???

blair: you know, if you weren't so hot, your cockiness would be annoying af

blair: but somehow it's turning me on even more?

aurora: yes, do you disagree?

“you’re not sure how ended up down there? did you fall? trip? did someone push you? there are endless possibilities.” the blonde sighed, shaking her head a bit. “i am not that desperate to sit down. maybe another time, though.” 

blair: i feel like i should be the judge of that

blair: even though there's zero doubt in my mind that you're right

aurora: judge all you want, i'm sure you'll see a 10/10

carter: i know, aren't they perfect?

carter: what are your drinks of choice?

aurora: honestly, they are the definition of perfect.

ruby: right now, i want it rn

ruby: oh fuck, yes please

ruby: ofc i always let my partners go first, i don't see any hickies on my neck, do i?

aurora: right now? that's how bad you want it?

aurora: of course, beautiful

maybe if she saw rory sooner, she would’ve seen the marks on display and that would’ve made ruby want to do it ten times over, right there. “then let me prove it to you and we’ll see just how good i could make you feel,” she wanted nothing more than to touch her, even in front of everyone but there’s time for that later. “see you there,” she walked away to gather all her books and made her way to the entrance.

aurora tended not to shy away from attention when it was given to her. the marks that ruby left were part of that. maybe she wanted people to notice, not that many did. it just made her want ruby more than that night. “i don’t doubt you can make me feel good, you already have.” aurora exhaled, wanting her body to calm down a bit. it was difficult being close to ruby, but in a good way. aurora craved her. “very soon.” she nodded, focusing back on the line and definitely not ruby. 

ruby: then come over and let me have it

ruby: have you thought of a place where we could have that fun you promised?

ruby: i was hoping you wouldn't, let me finish what i started then

aurora: whenever you want

aurora: yes, i have. my dormroom.

ruby: good then what's my reward

ruby: just yes or no answers, you can even ask me first if you want to

ruby: isn't it? wouldn't you want to try out what i have in mind?

aurora: surprise! i'm the reward

aurora: you can ask me anything

ruby: but i did text you first didn't i? so don't i get some kind of credit?

ruby: so if i asked you something, you'll be truthful about it?

ruby: nope, i didn't break any of my own rules so i could do whatever i want to you

aurora: a tiny hint of credit, yes, i will allow it.

aurora: what exactly are you wanting to ask?

ruby: probably why we're at this place

ruby: if it's coming from you, i won't deny it

ruby: no why? i'm better now

aurora: oh, definitely

aurora: i wouldn't deny it either

“well, i don’t know. i was thinking maybe we could kind of… catch up, i don’t know.” briar looked away for a second, feeling nauseous to even consider it, but the blonde was right there, and briar was feeling rather vulnerable in that moment, with no control. “that would be great.” the thought of her possibly remembering her favorite twisted her stomach in a knot but she moved on anyway.

she was a bit confused. the two had broken up and things weren’t too cordial sometimes. she wasn’t going to be mean, though. “yeah, we can catch up. if that’s something you want to do.” she gave her ex a small smile. she knew she should have said no but what harm would it do? “we can grab a drink from one of the bars still open downstairs.”
