Blue skies! It appears to be summer here. Het lijkt hier zomer te zijn.

Some days, nothing is better than a bowl of ramen. This one is with roast beef, eggs, and spinach. Ramen from Nissin; flavour: beef. 😋🍜 For a bit of kick, add sriracha. 🌶️

Warm & sunny Amsterdam (Saturday, April 13). Perfect day for Mannekin Pis fries and a Starbucks drink (mine is a matcha frappuccino with coconut milk - usually no whip cream), then chilling on the riverfront looking out at the IJ (pronounced "eye").
