Ahhhhh so much to unpack here! Let me try anyway lol
Yes, being a titan-class unit with only two other same-ranked units (+ Executor) must, in my opinion, be extremely lonely. The three of them have unique experiences the other lower-heighted units can't relate to. Constantly checking the ground for allied units to make sure you don't accidentally step on them. Not being able to, I don't know, hug or clap non-titan units. What do you mean you guys can hit your head on a door frame or ceiling?
And there's this constant responsibility feeling. These smaller units are looking up to you. You always must give your best because there's three factions worth of individuals relying on you to defeat an enemy. You're one of the three strongest super weapons (+ Executor, again) on Earth, carrying all this destruction potential which can be misused (infection or corruption).
And most of the time, you can't even connect with the two other guys because they're on separate missions, or infected, or missing, or corrupted. The only people who could understand you, understand your feelings and worries, can't even talk to you sensor-to-sensor. They might communicate via intercoms or messaging or whatever, but that's not the same, is it?
To be quite honest, I don't think I ever thought of them being like deities to the smaller units (or humans, for that matter)! That's an interesting take, I think, although I have not much to say to that as I absolutely don't know anything about any religion. But I like the idea that humans would worship the titans 🤔
Certainly, their perspectives must be so different from ours. Titan TV Man probably has multiple visual sensors, given his ability to disconnect his TVs and control them independently of the main body. It might be second nature to him. Also, now that I'm thinking about it, he probably knows what it is like to have only one point of view, if we look back at his 1.0 version – only one TV screen. But Titan Cameraman might only know the multiple perspectives feeling.
Mhmmm, how do the Speakermen perceive the world? It can't be visual if they are unaffected by TV Men's screen powers. At least not in the visible range of light. There's still such a wide range of light they could "see". The other question is whether the other light types are effective at believably showing the world as it is. Sound-perception is next but I don't know, wouldn't their sensors get blown off every time something exploded near them or Titan Speakerman screamed?
Yep, Titan TV Man does seem like the type to be more social than his fellow TV Men, and the proximity to other factions might play a role in that. And no, no, do tell me about what you think about the plural experiences! I'm curious.
What reference to the dead? What am I missing or forgetting? Huh? Huh?? You mean the "you can't kill the dead" line?
