This follows the canon storyline but Tommy visits Dream after he revived Wilbur and was never killed. Tw: kinda dark themes you could say, light language
Tommy watched the lava fall revealing the black obsidian box it concealed. Last time he told Dream it would be his last time, but he was going again. He wasnât the type of person to laugh at the ones that wronged him be wronged, but something felt so right about Dream being powerless. âSo Tommy, you came again.â Sam cut the other off, telling Tommy of the safety precautions and the rules. âYeah yeah big man, I got it. Just pull the lever already.â Sam took a hesitant step towards the lever. âWeâre you really listening Tommy? If we canât find you, then we won-â Tommy glared at the warden. âYes I Got it big man!â Sam then turned towards the switched and pulled it down, sliding the bridge he was standing on over the gaping lava filled pit. Tommy stepped into the cold hard black rock, the netherite barrier falling. Tommy checked behind him to see the lava fall, and then turned his attention to Dream. âYou said last time was the last, what gives?â He asked. âLetâs get this straight big D, this is the last time I, or anybody else will ever visit you.â Tommy sent a glare toward Dream, who only chuckled. âThatâs what you said last time.â he responded. He immediately changed the subject, âHow are you doing big man?â He had the habit of asking everyone, even if he didnât actually want to ask it to this man. He only chucked. âWe won you know.â Tommy insisted. âWe won against you.â Dream only let out a small laugh. Why wasnât Dream taking him seriously? Tommy was furious that the person he spent months fighting, who he locked up, wasnât acting as though he was powerless. He was acting like nothing was out of the ordinary! Tommy, through the rage that had built up inside him, lost his temper. âYou powerless little... Do you have any idea how close I am to beating you up! I want to punch you in that smug mask of yours more than anything! You stupid b-â Dreams calm expression faded in an instant, and he quickly grabbed Tommy by the color of his shirt. âAfter Qua- he tortured me, I have no empathy anymore. Iâve seen how terrible people are!â He shouted, and dragged him closer. âSAAAAAAAM! He shouted trying to get the guards attention. He couldnât see his name tag, and he guessed he couldnât heard him scream. Dreams loud shouts turned into a quiet whisper âYou didnât thinkmI would revive Wilbur without asking for a favor, did you? DID YOU?â He shouted the last part into Tommyâs ear, and dropped him to the ground. âWhen Sam comes back, heâll let you out. He odiously wonât do the same to me. So I was thinking, maybe I wonât let him let you out.â Tommy pushed the other man away from him. And laughed. At his foe. âHe has full armor! You couldnât fight him off!â Tommy wheezed, but whatâs quickly dragged closer again. âOh, I wouldnât have to fight him!â Dream said with a hint of insanity in his voice. lTake this, Wilburâs repayment passed to you.â Dream spun away to the other side of the room, and grabbed a glass bottle filled with a gray-green liquid. Before Tommy knew what was happening, it flew towards him, smashing all over his face. He sputtered, but had already been forced to swallow the liquid down. âYou green- Iâm going to kill you! I donât know what you did b-â before even finishing his sentence he had already leaped over to Dream, his fists colliding with their mask. Dream just laughed it off, while Tommy was relentlessly punching. Blood oozed down his chin, while he collided with the floor. He was in obvious pain but didnât seem to care. âHad enough ye-â Tommy froze, looking around the room. Suddenly he was kicked, and skidded to a stop at a chest. A chest the same height as him. âWHAT THE HELL!â Tommyâs vision darted around the room, landing on the now giant figure of Dream. Oh god he was dead. His confident thought in his head only moments before had all drifted off. Tommy checked behind him to see the chest four times his size. He was glad he seemed to stop getting smaller though. He wasnât all that happy when he heard footsteps approaching. A huge hand reached for him, and trapped him in a firm grasp. Even if it didnât, it
felt light it tightened when he heard words that sent shivers down his spine.
âThis should be interesting.â
