I don't actually know who the person is, but what I can say is... Judging from the voice, it's not Mike Douglas or Brett Somers. From personality I would not say Frankie or Lee. And it's not Adam Wade cause you see him not talking. I don't know about George Kirby. And I would not Gerry or Don either, from a mixture of well... Voice & personality. But I may be wrong on that. Judging from the reactions, and Adam Wade looking to the side, it's not from the recording. Cause I know this was prerecorded

So hm.. I mean... That's totally like Joe's voice & tracks with his personality 😭 get him though, that woman is beautiful. Sadly can't find her on the Internet. Joe is the only guy except Franke that speaks unless spoken to, he loves talking & making jokes. From what I've gathered, he is not afraid to make himself the joke in of itself

I had no idea what to draw for the background, and the text was a bit much in full opacity.

A lot of the info is based on this, but they straight up lied about some things, like their ages. (Also Tommy's real name is not Thomas, but Gaetano. I can see "Frank" since Francesco might be too long, but Gaetano is one letter longer than Thomas. So that would be a poor reason. I can only assume they thought it was a bit too "Italian". But Tommy also used Thomas several other places, so it was kind of a second name for him. I.e: Tommy, Tom, Thomas, Tomooch). Ik it says here 5'7, but Frankie is claimed as 5'6 & we know he was 5'5. And when looking at videos of the guys, Tommy & Nick are barely taller than Frankie. So I'll say, since they lied about other things, they might have lied about their heights too

Anyway I FINALLY got to draw Nicky, I have drawn all the other main guys except Mr. Massi (also except Crewe & Calello though). I consider anyone named in Jersey Boys to be the main guys, cause those are the people the partnership regards as the main guys. Also cuz I totally agree with them

Honestly I wish they ever got a sort of Beatles or beach boys treatment. Though that also requires getting treated like their fans by the partnership. Even if it has a low amount of listens, I would love an anthology. (That isn't a best songs compilation) I think Frankie has one. Actually the early four lovers era have a bunch of rereleases. And I get that, they're rare... But why don't we also get one for the 4 seasons??

The box set was a PERFECT opportunity for that! Sometimes I want to listen to concerts, alternative takes, alternative mixes, mono versions etc... Like honestly can't Spotify have a toggle?? Something like this?

I mean Saturday's Father & Wonder what you'll be are WAY different in mono! Why do I always have to go to YouTube to listen to their mono versions?

I really wish we could also listen to demos, but Bob (Gaudio) is a perfectionist in his & other peoples words. So that chance is close to zero. I can't even remember if there were any demos in the box set, except one man.

One of them being that it's so hard to find in high quality....the 4 seasons album covers are often... Quite frankly. Bizarre, weird, unfitting, but very charming. This is one of them.

I feel like I just said the worst joke ever. Tommy looks annoyed, Joe looks disappointed, Bob looks confused, & Frankie looks like all of them. Oh & everyone looks definitely unamused

And it's not like they had nothing to choose from, this is from the same day! Except Joe had a wardrobe change, & not the others. Look how happy they are!

Did the photographer tell them to try to look nostalgic? Those certainly aren't the faces I would make!

(For the historical context, this was also around the time they were ABSOLUTELY MILKING the hell out of their hits from 4-6 years ago! so I think it's kinda funny that they look so unamused)

But then you notice Joe is way taller than the other guys..

so you look down & you notice that he is standing on the train tracks. Cause of course he is!

And on the back he is tryna balance. Joe can't resist doing the absolute most. & I love him for it
