This is already happening. People of color are already in the streets. When do we start listening to them? When do we join in? When do we start laying our fucking cards down? Because if we don’t, we might as well fuck off and stop pretending to have any moral relevancy whatsoever.

Someone somewhere’s going to say “well his nearest competitors are black and Latino” and they’d be right but missing the point. Those candidates are trying to simultaneously ride the changing demographics of the American electorate (which are also inspiring a rise in open white supremacy) while substantively being barely different than Trump. And all of them are deeply bigoted towards immigrants and especially our Muslim comrades. What kind of election is it when Jeb Bush, the white dynasty candidate, could be described as one of the most liberal in the field?

I think this is how most open minded people who value communication, connection, and are willing to learn from others think.
