btw in case you were wondering how the day job is going today they all made me read the same book again but because i read it to them no less than five times every single day they have all memorized the fucking words of the book so they decided THEY had to read the book. but i also had to read the book. and i am not allowed to skip any words. even when they had all already said those words. and then they started arguing over who got to read which page

so unfortunately it seems as though the book was actually functioning as some sort of chaos seal because i did not have to read it today but as a consequence of that action they all spent the entire free play hour throwing matchbox cars at each other
