The user may move and act as normal, but to move to a different Zone or lift their head from the ground(this includes actions that reasonably involve lifting your head from the floor like jumping a gap or drinking water), they must make an Athletics check equal to their Knowledge+Empathy (or 2 if they have no Knowledge and no Empathy)
