A character who can see others' mental wellbeing by wings projected onto their backs. The state of the wings (colourful, dull, active, broken) gives indication to how they're feeling. This character is the only one who can see them.

"As his anxiety levels rise the tube will fill with liquid, until he suffocates. He will literally drown in his own fear."

A character is torn into two separate persons, each missing a crucial piece of themselves and very much in need of the other.

An alien lifeform has been discovered. It appears to be able to extract DNA from other lifeforms and take the most useful traits to help it evolve.

They may have been brothers, but they went down very different paths. When they meet again, one wants to save his brother from what he’s become, while the other wants his sibling dead.

Hidden beneath the ocean, is a world alternate to ours. The people there walk and talk and look alot like us, but they are NOT human.

A mishap happens while handling and experimental device. At first, there seems to be no side effects, but the protagonist quickly discovers that everytime they die, everything is reset to the point of the mishap, and only they have the knowledge of what happened.

A soldier is taken captive and held for ransom, but is fully aware he will not be paid for and/or rescued.
