We hope that fellow sun enthusiasts from all around the world will join the Greenhouse™ for group photosynthesis sessions. Don’t worry. Ethical and kind agricultural practices are used when planting.

To say that we wish there was another much nicer way that we could do this is an understatement. Though a group of writers involved in this incident have come to the agreement that this must be done not only for the sake of the people who are a part of these networks, but also to let the general public, their and our readers, know of this situation and who the people that they are idolising really are.

I am horrified and disgusted by this behavior. I blame myself for sending so many of you to this network just to get mocked by them. A network is meant to be a place where you can share your work with others and get constructive criticism, make new friends, and be exposed to new content. They’ve made it into their own mocking pit where they read people’s work out loud and mocked it, where they bullied people to the point of them deleting their accounts, where they systematically tried to make Ave look bad and even prayed for her to plagiarize so they could “end her like they ended Candee”. I am horrified.

People let the notes and follower counts get to their heads and start thinking they can do whatever they want and get away with it. Just because you get 1k notes and someone else gets 10 doesn’t give you the right to mock them. We’ve all been there, we all started with 0 notes and 0 followers. A person’s worth is not measured by numbers, not in real life and especially not on Tumblr. They were always nice to me, but after reading all of this, I’m sure I was just a follower count to them, and not a person.

Once again, I’m sorry for recommending this network to you! I was fooled by their nice behavior towards me and I wasn’t aware of all the bullying going on. This is the reason why we all left the network and the reason why I will be blocking all of these girls and never talk to them again.

I don’t support bullying, mocking people, sending hate, and treating people like they’re less worthy. There is no apology that would be acceptable and nothing they can do to take this back. This wasn’t a one time thing - it was something they kept doing and were proud of. An apology after getting found out means nothing to when this was something that’s been going on for months. This is what they’ve been doing for a long time and they showed no remorse, so fake apologies won’t cut it.

Don’t get fooled by someone playing nice with you when you have evidence of them being vile and horrible towards someone else.

For me, I was so convinced by their sugary sweet facades that I honestly thought: “This must be a sick joke,” at first. They were that good at playing out the innocent good-doers act that I had to read through the screenshots of their chat three times to fully comprehend that yes, those messages were sent by the writers who I had plans to do a collab with, who I was friends with, who I admired. Hell, I had even been warned on two different occasions before joining their network that the admins were shady, but I never listened because they were always that wonderful and sweet on the outside! One of the admins in particular was somebody I considered my good friend, which hurts the freaking most.

Nonetheless, what they have done can be called nothing other than bullying. They bullied a writer out of their network and off her blog, and it looks like they had plans to do the exact same thing to another writer, who is one of my very close friends. It makes me sick to think that Ave went through this alone while I was blindly chatting to and befriending the writers who were hurting her. Not only this, but by what I have heard from other people who have had negative experiences with these admins, the admins have said some truly despicable things about a fair few of my good writer friends, which makes my blood absolutely boil because they have never done anything to be mistreated or slandered like that. I genuinely hope that the admins are getting the message now that what they have done is horribly wrong and unacceptable.
