I know this would sound like something out of some analog horror or creepypasta, but I swear, I'm not hallucinating and I actually remember seeing it on TV, and it scared the absolute shit out of 6 year old me.

For context, I used to stay up all night watching Adult Swim when I was very young. Adult Swim is obviously known for it's bumpers (with some of them being either just goofy and fun, or just plain creepy as hell). I've seen some scary stuff on there (including the bumpers themselves, and the Real Cost and "Tip From a Former Smoker" PSAs). But it's not as scary as "HELLEVATOR".

Here's what I could remember:

It started with a dark background (pretty sure it's some sort of hospital?) with white scrolling text and a male narrator that I'm pretty sure was warning about what's to come next, it then showed a big red text that said "HELLEVATOR" (hence the name I've given it) as it fades to black.

Next, it showed a black background and it featured an audio of a woman SCREAMING AND CRYING IN DISTRESS, TERROR AND BEGGING FOR HELP like she was being chased and/or about to die. I wasn't sure if the audio was real or not. (Hopefully not!) Along with that featured white text that showed the transcript of said audio.

That's all I could remember.

I remember seeing it when I was likely around 6 years old, so I'm pretty sure it's from the early 2010s or maybe even earlier than that.

This airing has been on my mind for years now. I've tried looking it up at YouTube but got nothing.

Hell, I don't even know WHAT it's supposed to be, One of Adult Swim's bumpers? Some PSA? A commercial? A promo of some show?
