I build and share a lot of community lots, but I can’t remember the last time I shared an actual house!

This is the lot I built for my cult leader vampire, complete with a little blood bar, and a secret room in the basement that makes liberal use of those mysterious bookshelves from apartment life. There’s also one bathroom, and an empty room that I’m using as a nursery in my game (because in the sims you can totally have a fireplace in a nursery.)

I’ve playtested the original version of this lot (this is a clean, unplayed version), and the secret bookshelves and coffins should all be accessible. Since not everyone wants to play a cultist vampire, I’ve also uploaded a de-vamped version of the house that removes all the coffins and weird items from the house.

Once upon a time I got a message from mswn suggesting that I might be interested in something she ran across while wandering around the internet, she thought it might be “right up my alley”.. and she was right. :) Since I tend to be easily distracted and a bit of a wanderer it’s taken me a bit of time but it’s finally done..

This is a set of 3 pegboards but these are not your father’s pegboard! No, these are more modern, more streamlined and way cooler than those pegboards of yesterday.

Each board has shelves and slots and they are made to fit perfectly side-by-side so you can line a whole room with them if you’d like. The set is slaved with Pegboard 1 being the master. The slots? Pegboard 1 has 10 slots, pegboard 2 has 12 slots and the corner pegboard has 18 slots. There are 2 subsets - the pegboard and the shelves - and 6 recolors (Malm woods, with added woodgrain), the pegboard and shelves are separate packages so you can delete any you might not want in game with no problems. (Recolors are numbered, 1-6 are the shelves, 1b-6b are the pegboards.)

All can be found in Surfaces>Misc for 100 Simoleons (1 and 2) and 125 Simoleons (the corner). Polycounts are 1048 (1), 952 (2) and 1422 (corner).

They can be shifted up and down - and that means that you can fit 2 on each wall section if you really, really want to line the walls with pegboards!
