This story describes the journey both literal and figurative, of my female half-drow tav Ishtaria and spawn Astarion to find a cure for his condition. In my version of events they are not together at the start: Astarion leads the spawn in the underdark while Ishtaria tries to maintain a relationship with mother superior Shadowheart. Astarions perspective on his choices, his feelings for tav and how to go forward will be dealt with. Fair warning: this tav is not a paragon. She sided with the goblins, she helped Wyll kill Karlach and encouraged Gale to godhood. In this version Wyll doesn’t leave the party. Above all, during game events, she was a pragmatist. She took the decisions that made sense to her background as a rogue half drow from a strange situation. She began a romance with Astarion and Shadowheart but chose Shadowheart in-game. The story will deal also with her development, her feelings about her actions and her future. There will be a version of a Dom/Sub sexual relationship in this story; but I do not ascend Astarion and the dynamic is different than that with spawn tav.
