As days turned to months, and months to years; there was that glimmering, shining memory of a time that the BLU Scout had tried desperately to hold onto - and a dark, neverending descent into a nightmare that the BLU Medic wanted nothing more than to escape. Two sides of the same, twisted coin. Four years had passed since the events that deepened the divide between RED and BLU. Four years after the incidents that clung to both teams - unspoken occurences that nobody dared to acknowledge, yet were ever able to forget. There were paths that should have never been crossed; lines that should have never been blurred. Although tense, and uncomfortable, things were safer - things were easier - if they remained the same.
