J2 have been J2-ing right from the get-go. Some of it is banter and leg pulling but a lot of it is, as you said, erotic tension! In the early days they were quite uninhibited (I wasn't around, sadly, but I've seen enough clips!) and later they kind of reined it in, limiting themselves to heart eyed looks and soft touches and a whole lot of larking.

“Whether or not demons are to be material creatures like us, my dear, they could never enter here.”

“And why is that, Father?”

“This is sacred ground, my child. Evil cannot cross this territory.”

You nodded slowly and pursed your lips.

“That’s what I was saying. But you see, I was able to.”

Sam straightened up and frowned, thinking he hadn’t heard correctly or that you were joking, but your gaze was serious and your words didn’t waver when spoken.

“Is your semen just as sacred, Father?”

He couldn’t even utter a word. Perhaps because he was too confused thinking about what you might have meant, or perhaps because, almost immediately, you reached out and ripped off the cross necklace he was wearing. You opened your mouth and stuck out your tongue, extending it fully. The next moment, you placed the metal cross against your tongue. A sound like a grill sizzling meat filled the air, and Sam's eyes widened in shock. ”You see? If that semen is as sacred as this ground, it won’t do me any harm.” You shrugged and lifted the cross by its cord. “But if it’s as sacred as this cross,” you nodded toward it, “I’ll tolerate it just the same. What do you say? What’s your bet?” You rested your chin on your hand as the cross swayed from side to side. “How sacred do you think your semen is… Father?”
