Aster immediately realized his mistake. It was heavy, it wasn’t a faberge egg or something. At least that’s what he thought before he got his clothes got splattered with eg bits. “Huh…. not a chocolate egg.” He went and grabbed a towel to wipe himself off. Not the most embarrassing thing he has gone through. But still embarrassing.”No… we hide chocolate in the eggs. It’s a way to hide them around for people to find.”

“It’s ok. I think this is your first easter huh? It’s still nice to paint these eggs.” Aster said as he looked to the rest she had. Shame they weren’t the regular eggs. Still a bit of surprise for people. And a fun prank. 

“I… I understand.” Starfire giggled sheepishly, slightly blushing from the embarassment too, even as he said it was alright.

“No problem... you had fun right?” Aster smiled after he got himself cleaned a bit off. 

Krash the pirate!

Not that great with hands yet. Need some practice.  Thinking of changing  stuff up, make Krash a pirate for a bit. I think it’s fun. 

“Oh hey! That is one way to go about it.” Aster smiled, a bit caught off guard by the orange skinned person. He did see one with blue before. Can’t be that different.  “Thanks for the egg. What kind of chocolate is this?” He said as he tried to crack it open. 

Starfire giggled happily when he accepted the egg, before frowning a bit as she realized she might have messed that tradition up. “Uh… chocolate?” Before she could start any explanation, his attempts at getting the egg open already succeeded, and the egg poured out onto his hands and, depending on how he was holding it, parts of his clothes too.

Going to the park to draw was Stephanie’s favourite activity, though sometimes it was not meant to be. Sometime she just straight up wasn’t allowed to go, other times she got caught in the rain just as she arrived… And those other times were right now. Having her plans ruined, the girl quickly rushed back, getting drenched in the rain despite trying to shield herself with the sketchbook. But even though she was busy running and worrying about her art supplies, she couldn’t help but notice a person sitting out on the curb alone. They seemed familiar?

It was that guy! It took her a while to remember, but it was that person she’s seen in her garden before… What was his name?…Astro? Aster, right? It was strange to see him now after he’s been nowhere to be seen for a while. She still wasn’t very trusting of him, but she couldn’t just leave him there, he could need help. She didn’t have an umbrella to offer, but it was better to ask than to just leave him there.

Aster stood proudly from winning the imaginary competition in his head. He did the most. He can say he cleaned up the mess now. though a bit much, he felt a bit better now. Didn’t feel so guilty anymore. “you’re welcome! But talking…”

He scratched the back of his head before looking back to Stephanie. “It’s a rather ugly story. I’m not proud of it, I don’t think I ever will be.” He looked down, staring at his hand, the wet rag hanging there. In his own eyes, the rag flashed red. “Pretty sure if I told you, you’d kick me out for it. After all, my hands are beyond clean now.” *Maybe I should leave? I don’t know. She is so nice, does she really need to get to know a monster like me?* He looked to her, kind of hopeful. But at the same time, with full expectation, as if he dealt with rejection so many times before, ready to return to the rain if he should. She had done plenty for him already. 

She was proud and appreciative of the help he provided, but her happy expression dropped as soon as he responded to her offer. Was he really going to decline? That was the top reason why they came here in the first place.

The girl gently took his hand into hers, to reassure him. “ Don’t be silly, I wouldn’t kick you out! Everyone in the Warriors has some dirt on their hands, that’s why we’ve all come here to this world, to start anew. Believe it or not, even I have a lengthy criminal record. “

“ Though, I did nothing wrong.  “ She remarked with a deep sigh, her eyes darting to the side in frustration, but, it soon disappeared, replaced by a smile. This was no place to out herself, and she wanted to help him. Her heart just broke very single time someone who needed help or to talk about something refused said help. There is no way she is letting this go, it just won’t do.

“ Either way, I belive in the endless human metamorphosis, people change all the time without even knowing, there’s no judging here..“

“Clown?! I’m ready to start a whole goddamn circus!”

“Stop you? I would want to encourage you!”

“Sorry, not!” The girl said with a cocky laugh, skating rather quickly around a corner into an alleyway. She needed to hurry up and lose these guys, otherwise she would be in a lot of trouble. And this just happened to be the best way to do it.

However, as she turned into another corner, the songbird ran straight into someone, causing her to let out a yelp. She fell onto her butt, releasing the newly stolen necklace she had just acquired. The red bird grumbled, holding her head and glaring at the person she had just run into.

“Watch where you are going!!” Krash glared back at the girl before hearing the voices of law enforcement. “Well well well...”
