Tom Hiddleston

I know to watch Simone and Rebeca was pretty nice too, we love girls standing with girls over here, don't worry i did too when Imane Khelif won gold and the Women's 400 Meter? holy crap i think my jaw was on the floor for most of it, honestly i don't blame you that's America's favorite tiny cowboy right there, Midnight in Paris right? i remember that movie i also remember people saying you two should work together and then you guys went on to give us Loki so good job listening to the people because you two are one my favorite duo on the MCU.

All such strong moments! I got very emotional at the men's triathlon ending in particular - the shot of the fellow who came second with his arm around the winner, both from different countries but they were old roommates, their bond transcended the competition. All those sorts of moments are so precious. Oh yes, one of my favourite roles of his - him and Steve Coogan are such a funny duo. That's correct! It was a real joy working on that movie, especially because he was the lead. Thank you very much, it's been such a dream doing all our scenes together. He's just as much fun to work with as you can imagine.

Oh, you know -- jet lag is nothing but a state of mind, Hiddleston. Once you master that, it's a lot more manageable. The break is going to be bittersweet, for sure, but I'm looking forward to having some time to support my loved ones at all their events as they've been so gracious about making time for mine. Best venue there is, huh? It's hard to pick just one incredible venue, as I've seen so many lovely places and stadiums at this point -- so I think that's just your bias poking through. Wait, seriously? You're not pulling my leg or anything?

You have a point there, I've had a couple of years where I travelled so much that I only slept in my open bed for a few weeks total - couldn't do that now, though. Definitely the best venue, I'm sure there's a news article somewhere that confirms this. I was dead serious! You were just as incredible as I remember. Now to enjoy the nice break for a few weeks, hmm? Or record another masterpiece of an album. Maybe a bit of both.

I guess it's something you have to try to figure out if your good at it or not. I'm sure most track and field athletes have tested it out once or twice. I on the other hand know I can't do it so I'll save myself from the embarrassment and not even try. I'm Hailee and it's nice to meet you!

I suppose that is true - perhaps they start with long or high jump, and then one day have a go with the pole and find they're quite good at it! I don't think I could do it, but I'm still willing to try sometime. Hello, Hailee! Lovely to meet you finally. Can I just say I love you as Hawkeye.

you're a smart man, hiddleston. i think book to film adaptations are tricky and you always have to tweak them to make the material work for a new medium. i think we stayed truthful to the spirit of the book however, so i really do hope you enjoy it. now you're just being a tease and i have to run off to twitter to see if i can find that photo again. beat you at your own game. ahh, you're doing that one. it's such a dreamy play, i especially loved the kenneth branagh version that came out in the 90s.

I have been told that once or twice. That's just it, especially with a book with lots of detail and extensive scenes, you can't keep every part in, even with a TV show - it won't all work on screen how it does in a book, and sometimes you have to change them slightly to make it work visually. Gasp, you wouldn't, would you?! I can't even remember the last time I went on Twitter, thankfully. Oh yes, that's one of my favourites! Sir Ken is an idol of mine. The David Tennant and Catherine Tate production was very funny, too. The two of them are comic geniuses.

I have heard that's how marriage works. It's not as sad as it sounds! I just haven't had much going on, but being a dad is more than enough for me.

It's a good question, but not one I necessarily have an answer to. I have no experience in the pole vault or the pole dance (sad, I know) except the former where I consider myself to be a little bit of an armchair expert after this Olympics. Totally convinced I could do half of these events if I had the right prep. It really is an enigma how certain people get into certain things, there are some really obscure sports out there, but my next question is kinda like who first decided to milk the cow – who first decided to vault the pole? Pole the vault? Whatever. Humans are weird, I think is my best conclusion.

Fun fact, I've actually attended a few pole fitness classes, so I have a bit of knowledge about that sort of thing. I know it involves an outrageous amount of strength. I would pay good money to see you have a go at a few events. Well, humans knew they produced milk, so surely other animals could, too. But why did cows' milk become the prominent one for us? Convenience? Quantity? So many questions.

Ohhh yes they are so awesome to just sit back and enjoy mindlessly even. Our house has been filled with it since they started. Define productive though?

What were your favourite sports to watch? Productive as in... I don't know, actually. Anything that involves not spending most of the time watching other people do things from the comfort of your sofa.

Right? The pole vault is on a whole different level! I can’t even wrap my head around how they make it look so effortless. I guess it’s one of those things you just have to try and see if you’ve got it, but still—mind-blowing. And hey, watching sports counts as productive in my book. You're just being dedicated to your craft, right? But seriously, have you discovered any new sports obsessions, or are you sticking with the classics?

They just seem to fly, don't they? Then you see how far above the pole they are when they reach their apex, and it boggles your mind even more. I will take that, and use that reasoning if anybody asks what I did for half of my summer. I have felt inspired to go swimming a bit more, but other than that, just my daily run has been keeping me going.

I would love to go one year, I'll have to make sure that I plan for that when the time comes around. Hm I do love all types of plants, so it would be nice to have a variety in my new garden. Hey it happens, but you have other ways of making her proud.

You must, it's so lovely! And so very British, too. It happens every May, so pencil it in. It's also good to keep an eye on when certain plants flower, have a variety that do so at different times of the year, so your garden is always full of colour. That is true, she's proud of everything I do, plus I've given her a grandchild now, and that's the ultimate accomplishment as a child.

Oh i know if it were up to me they would all be leaving with a gold medal because i am amazed by everyone there, pleasure to meet Tom, i'm Hannah, i don't blame you one bit i have been doing the same thing with my daughter and i think that's been pretty productive if you ask me.

I think we could make 10000 or so gold medals between the two of us, Hannah. I'm a huge fan of yours, by the way. How old is your daughter?
