cooking with friends❤️ today I met my very best friends the first time since I dont know when and we cooked together a lasagne with lots of vegetables, that tastet quite amazing and we had a lot of fun while preparing the food and i must say it is quite easy☺️

I have to admit that I don‘t really like to eat mangos in pure, but I just had one mango left and it finally had to be eat so I cut it into pieces and throw it into the mixer together with some vegetable milk and a bit of cinnamon and I can tell you that I really enjoyed it😍😋

good morning ☀️ today I had again a smoothiebowl 🥣with some frozen raspberries and zwo frozen bananas and on top some almond pieces for the perfect crunch☺️😋🙃

today I was actually just searching through the kitchen and put just everything together what I found 🙈😅

today I was in the mood for eating some pineapple 🍍and in combination with some coconut flavour and a few berries it is absolutely delicious ☺️🥣

I really have to say that this is my most favourite vegan bakery with the best vegan cakes, muffins, biscuits and everthing that one could wish at teatime 🍰🍪🍩☕️ (although I have to admit that I could eat especially this delicious carrot-cake anytime 🙈🙉)

new day, new bowl🥣 today it is with a frozen banana, frozen respberries and a small mango with a bit of coconut milk 😋 it was so delicious and today is the first time it didn‘t take me hours and hours to seperate the mango from the core😅☺️

during my studium I‘m also joining some medical and psychological studies too 👩‍⚕️ it is very interesting and diversified and being part of research and investigation is so much fun! 🔬📊

my first smoothie bowl!🎉👏🎊 although I didn‘t really know how to start, I‘m quite pleased with my bowl🙃 firtly I was desperately searching for some recipe📓💻, because I was unsure about proportions and that stuff, but I just tried it out, put the ingredients 🍌🍓into the mixer and....tadaaaa🎉, my very first smoothie-bowl was born ☺️
