KUDOS to our Fairfax County professional firefighters at Fire Station 39 (North Point / Herndon). Rescue Company 439 rescued this dog during a 'room and contents' fire while the paramedics on Medic 439 provided emergency medical care. Family dog is doing okay as a result! Thank you TEAM!!!

New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady says he was "blown away by the bravery and the teamwork" of firefighters who battled a fatal fire in his Boston neighborhood. Brady says professional athletes sometimes think of themselves as heroes, "but when you witness firsthand what I saw yesterday, you realize who the real heroes are in this world."
