The green cup is shown doing a little dance-like move, where it covers two of four holes with their supposed hands, while water runs out of the other two holes. It then does a little jump and covers the other two holes, only for the first two to leak water. This continues in a never ending loop.

The animation is a supposedly on point demonstration of how a person with chronic illnesses or disabilities can never cover all the things that drain energy from them.
