❝ do you dance ? ❞ she’s been watching the other in the corner for the last ten minutes , had seen her linger with a drink on the edge of the dance floor on the ground level. it’s more casual than that of the second floor. a small nervous smile as she looks up at her , head tilted to the side. she doesn’t have a glass of wine in her hand for once , but she looks beautiful. her hair is frizzy and carefree , as if she’d just been in a storm ( which she had — in buenous aires ) , dress accentuating curves.
it was odd to find her without a dress on , though if you came in the early afternoon you’d often find her in high waisted jeans and a crop top that left nothing to the imagination. ❝ there’s a booth free if you would prefer to sit. ❞ her tone is kind , soft. like she couldn’t say anything cruel in her life. though that was very , very wrong. you didn’t cross layla blomgren and have your profits survive. or your reputation. she was well beloved by the clubbing community – as well as the los angeles community at large , if only because of her infectious happiness and honest kindness. ╰ 🌺 ‘･ﾟ starter for @faiirc
❛ I can’t dance for SHIT, so not usually. ❜ she cracks a smile, with light up her face and really brings out the luminescent glow of her skin, which is very subtle, but definitely there. she usually frequents clubs, if only to people watch and enjoy a drink or two, and because she gets lonely and doesn’t really know where else to go. ever since she was FORCED to leave her parents for their safety, she could easily say she never felt so alone. part of her wish she could return back to the institute where she learned to control her abilities, and she missed the girl she had made close friends with there, riley, but they had lost contact and now mo was all alone again. still, she isn’t one to MOPE about it for too long, and long lashes kiss cheeks as she blinks, glancing up at the woman and admiring the sight before her. like flowers, people bloomed and blossomed in different ways, but all were BEAUTIFUL.
