Sweet potatoes + tahini + avocado + fresh cilantro = perfection 🍃🍅🍠 I got this tahini in the latest @wholefoodbox and it’s the creamiest I ever tasted 👌🏽 The salad just consists of lambs lettuce, fresh tomatoes and some apple cider vinegar. I haven’t had fresh cilantro in the longest time but oh gosh it’s soooo good. Cilantro (=coriander) is something you either love or hate, right? But I definitely love it 🙏🏽 It’s my favorite fresh herb besides basil 🌿 It reminds me of Thailand and my mom, because she loves it just as much. In my old home town we had this amazing Thai restaurant with the best papaya salad I ever had.
