I think it's time to clean up the chaos and make this comic a bit easier to follow instead of playing chase the pages!
Beginning in 1268 DR, the comic depicts the events that lead to Astarionβs corruption as a magistrate and how he came to be a target of Cazador Szarr.
Itβs been years since Astarion traveled to Baldurβs Gate, stubborn and hopeful that this city would offer a new beginning from the oppressive rules of his family. Arriving with nothing more than the pack on his back and a meager amount of coin, itβs taken years to claw his way through the ranks and arrive at the cushy seat of magistrate. Now that his dreams have been realized, and life is lush with any number of pleasures he could imagine, the truth behind how he gained his power has begun to unravel to everyone. Even himself.
