The message for this I chose because I’ve gone through a lot of times where being myself wasn’t enough for others and they didn’t like who I was so a lot of times I would mask and “shift” into someone else just to fit in. I’ve learned that people who truly love you for who you are would love you for who you are now, not for who you could be or who they want you to be. So always be yourself, the right ones will value that. 💖

Sometimes the hardest battles are the ones inside our own minds. This message is about giving yourself permission to not be at war with yourself 24/7. You’re allowed moments where your thoughts soften, where you feel calm, or even just neutral. That peace is not weakness, it’s part of healing. You’re not meant to live in constant survival mode, even Kirara needs rest to heal from the battles she faces! 💖

It can be hard when we are stuck in our head overthinking all the time. I’m also one to overthink a lot, but some of these grounding exercises have been very helpful for me when that does happen. I hope they will also be useful for you in those times. It can also help in other situations besides overthinking, so whenever you’re having a tough time mentally and feel like you need something grounding, try to see if any of these work for you! 💖

Sometimes struggles feel very isolating, like everything is yours to deal with alone. Whether it’s thoughts, emotions, or things happening around you, you don’t have to hold it all by yourself. This message is here to gently remind you that support exists. It could be support from a friend, a loved one, or someone you trust, you deserve to be supported through what you’re facing. 💖

This was a long overdue fanart of Stolas from Helluva Boss that I had been wanting to do to help with my own mental health and the struggles I went through with a few of my past platonic and romantic relationships over the years of not feeling good enough. I resonated a lot with Stolas in a lot of ways, and thought it was a great way to put my emotions into it with his character. Thought I would share just in case someone else also has ever felt this way or currently is struggling with these feelings, but just know you’re not alone for feeling this way, and you are enough. 💕

When life feels like too much, it’s easy to focus on what you haven’t done. This message is here to shift that perspective. Maybe you’re setting small boundaries, showing up for work, taking care of someone else, choosing to keep going when it would feel easier to give up, or just getting through difficult thoughts.
