My injections arrived! Taking it sometime tomorrow. Probably before bed to minimize nausea, I heard semiglutide has some uncomfortable side effects….. but anyways I also did some meal prep today so yay! I did 9 meals and will cook some more tomorrow.

Doing some grocery shopping today! I plan to meal prep for the week, not counting calories because I’m starting semaglutide and want to ease in to the medication with the foods recommended by the clinic for weight loss. But don’t worry after my body gets used to hit I’m cutting calories HARD. Can’t wait ☆⋆｡𖦹°‧★
Starting semiglutide in 2 days I’m nervous but excited! It’s going to make losing weight sooo much easier on me I can’t wait to stop the binges and get back on track! I’m also starting to meal prep so hopefully that also helps against cravings and urges. My dream body awaits me ✨
