Only the Seahawks wanted Josh Gordon
Only the Seahawks wanted Josh Gordon
Josh Gordon may be down to his last NFL chance.
After the Patriots put Gordon on waivers, every team had the opportunity to claim him on their rosters. According to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network, the Seahawks were the only team to put in a claim.
So the Patriots donât want Gordon anymore, and 30 other teams didnât want him, either. That suggests that, for all of Gordonâs impressiveâŚ

Knicks reportedly âstunned and depressedâ by Kevin Durant, Kyrie Irving choosing Nets
The New York Knicks will be heading into the next summer looking for superstars. This is much in the vein of the summer of 2019, when New York struck out on several big-name free agents after clearly angling for Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving by trading Kristaps Porzingis in January.
Of course, both Durant and Irving chose the Brooklyn Nets, and so the Knicks will have to watch theirâŚ

Andrew Bogut appears to take shot at LeBron on Twitter
The NBA wants it to, and it will eventually fade some (only to flare up again later), but the NBA/China relationship issue is not going away.
The latest spark comes from across the ocean, down in Australia, where former Warrior (and Buck and a couple other teams in the middle) Andrew Bogut takes what is a pretty clear a dig at LeBron James over the China issue.

As a disclaimer, we get it: making NBA preseason awards predictions is like nailing Jell-O to a tree. Weâll be wrong. But itâs fun, so the NBA staff here at NBC is making our picks. TodayâŚ
