"No, I'm not alright," comes his eventual answer. Holding his arms out for his matesprit. The demon looks tired, at first glance. But it would be clearer upon closer inspection that it's much more than that. He'd been fighting this feeling all day, not wanting her to see him like this.

The kitty troll feels herself frown when she hears his reply, eagerly nestling into James. The demon prince looked.. unsettled to say the very least. But she did not have a very long before she was squeezing him tight - trying to distract him.

Shocked settled over the monstrous being as she got his name correct. He let out a short hefty breathing sound that could be taken as a sign she saw indeed correct in getting his name.

That was... good right? Meu really hoped so. She felt absolutely no desire to upset her new friend. Then again - the things she said and drew now (compared to how the were introduced at least) were fairly tame.

Why did he have to give her a room here? That's just more reason for her to be here, and of course she'd be wandering around the one time Maria isn't busy herself. Her tail flicked in irritation the more she thought about it.

Maria reminded the kitty troll of her self at times. She was right. It felt as if the demon princess would rather do anything then be stuck here with her. She was not exactly hiding this.
