The self portrait part of the assignment, was pretty easy, i find illustrator pretty easy and its fairly similar to software I've used in the past, with the layout and all. i feel pretty comfortable using this software and i enjoyed making the portrait, and i eded up making more drawings using this same technique.Â
i picked the lyrics from a song i like as i couldn't think of anything better. it took me a while to finish but by the end of it i felt far more competent in the use of illustrator. its pretty cool to know how to and be able to make things like the type of stuff ive been seeing on the internet for years
