🌻Been taking much needed time away to bloom in my own speed. Much delay has approached me and so I’m taking it as Spirit’s way of sitting me down to recalibrate. In the interim 👁 have enrolled in a couple of courses. One of them being a Breathwork Mastery Certification that is completely changing my internal world. I even had the time to recognize how much of a psychic sponge I have been. Because I’ve not been able to do as many massages as I’ve could, I’m a couple of days from launching my products, mini classes, and services. Stay tuned up in self and allow yourself time to bloom. The neck is the bridge between the body and brain. Whenever I see a client and their neck is frozen or full of tension. I immediately look a little deeper to see where they may be disconnected in this bridge. A lot of times, I discover that they are not listening to their intuition which thus causes a lot of confusion. This confusion thus leads to what feels like a traffic jam in their necks because energy and flow of info coming from the Crown chakra and functional and governoring meridians is blocked at this area of bridging heaven with earth. There are some bioenergetic exercises I offer to the clients I coach to get this energy going, however, for those I do not coach, I often suggest taking 30minutes of meditation time to focus on this area and jot down to see what comes up. Good questions to ask the higher self is what solutions am I not recognizing? How do I feel if I go this route or that one? What is it I’m afraid to find out if it is the truth? I also suggest rubbing throat chakra oil on neck. The throat chakra is likened to the energy of Will in higher octave to the solar chakra.
