While I'm in the middle of watching the entirety of Knight Rider, one episode I watched was when Michael had a lover as Long before becoming Knight. And was about to marry her till the incident
Michael is a [Remembering the past but can't go back] so I'm putting KITT in this situation where he is the [Can't remember the past yet has to go back]
One leading thread is his "last appearance" to accompany SaberKnight towards the temple where the last sacrifice is for TyrantZero's awakening. SaberKnight was the only one that went in while KITT guards the entrance making sure no one gets past him. Unfortunately, he has to evacuate, due to the temple collapsing in on itself

I'm also thinking of having KITT like an archiver for any missions or info. The "Star Guardian Archives" to put it lightly
Despite his size, somewhere around BlueCop's size, he ofc can take on any damage and will bust into obstacles if he needs to. Putting him on the level with MegaTrucker, BuffaloCrush and Tigun. In short, he's the battery ram of the team lol!
