What do Sagara eats? If there's a weather or climate she can't tolerate, what would it be? Can she fly? I thought she can but as far as I remember from seeing your art of her, she seems like she's a land dragon

Sagara is an omnivore and a piscivore (someone who eats meat, plants, but also fish). Her favourite food is mangos!! Shes a very picky eater, but will try everything atleast once.
She doesnt tolerate hot and dry areas, since shes originally an ocean dragon with anatomy best suited for wet environments. Shes most at home in a body of water, not land! But the funny thing is that she doesnt currently live in the ocean nowadays, Sagara loves to explore the above world. Because of the years spent on land instead of the ocean, shes actually developed muscles in her legs more for running than swimming! Thats why she looks more buff than you would assume a water dragon to be xD
Your correct in assuming she can fly! Sagara controls/bends water and air. Typically, wind and water are manipulated over the ocean to create waves that she rides/surfs, hence the origin of her subspecies name being called a "Waverider". Over land she bendsย existingย wind currents (she cannot generate wind out of nowhere) and water vapor in the air to "fly" (think of Sisu from the movie Raya and the Last Dragon, except when Sagara flies you cannot visibly see the water).
The thinner and dryer the air in a climate, the harder it becomes to fly! She basically walks on water in the sky, which is why her little legs have overly defined muscles, theyre her only means of travel.
^ Spontaneous lore reveal that Sagara is the dragon version of a water bender and an air bender, but her affinity for air is very weak whereas her affinity for water is incredibly powerful! Id also like to mention that she can water bend portals to other dimensions and universes, but she cannot teleport, they only work as dimensional gateways.
