an "assigned gender at birth" does not mean "raised in a specific gendered way" or "internalized specific universalized gendered messages" does not mean "has a vagina/uterus/ovaries/breasts and not penis/testicles/facial hair" or visa versa does not mean "experiences or is exempt from misogyny/transmisogyny/transphobia" does not mean "a particular gendered identity or words used to describe that identity"

there is no inherent "afab" or "amab" socialization, body, positionality, or gendered identity. assigning gender at birth is a cultural practice, a literal act which is done to us, a performative utterance that creates the social reality applied to us at least intrusive and literal unnecessary surgeries performed on intersex infants at most intrusive. it is not a euphemism or shorthand to discuss the other ways in which we interact with and experience the social constructs of "gender" and "sex" throughout our lives.
