Dreams
She couldnât hear much over the sound of the storm, her gaze shifting from the heavily-clouded sky and Jimmyâs eyes looking up at her. His brows were knit in concentration and pleasure, his warm hands roaming all over her body as she moved. Sheâd shudder every time heâd angle his hips differently, hitting a spot that made her belly hollow.
âAre you okay?â he panted, noting the change in her features at every crack of lightning that split through the night. For a moment, heâd thought she was afraid.
The crease in her forehead smoothed at the sound of his voice, bringing her to look down at him. She nodded and offered a small smile, leaning down to kiss his lips, feeling him lower his hands down her arched back.
âJi-Jimmy,â she whispered shakily, the hushed cry almost lost in the roar of the thunder, âI think IâmâŚâ
She held him tightly as if bracing herself, gasping as she felt him release, the warmth gathering where theyâre bodies met. He could taste her blood in his mouth as he sucked her neck raw, tainting the skin with bruises.
âI want to see you, sit up.â he pushed her upright, watching her hair drape over her shoulders as her wispy split-ends tickled his arms. It took her a few minutes longer to get there since the angle had been changed, the thrilling high as potent ever. She gaped, her lips reddened from his beard and biting, closing her eyes as it washed over her in a throbbing wave. He wanted to see her eyes, to see them bore into his. And so to send a shock up her spine that would lead her to do just that, he reached for the one spot he knew would render her desparate, eliciting a violent jerk. âOpen your eyes. Look at me.â
Her throat dried, evey sound that clamoured out of it, hoarse and croaky. She did as he said in fear that heâd stop, trying her absolute best not to roll over and thrash wildly. Then itâd all be over much to quickly. Instead, she kept her pace, the restraint making her eyes glisten. Just like heâd wanted.
She sighed, leaning back down into his arms and he held her like that for a good three minutes. Jimmy brushed the hair away from her face to see her face, more clearly.
âAre you scared of thunder?â
She looked out the window again, blinking at the white light that had appeared in the sky. It was surprisingly active that night, a short latency period in between each strike. She shook her head, tracing shapes on his chest with her finger.
âFascinated, really. Iâm sorry if it seemed like I was distracted.â
âItâs alright,â Jimmy assured with a sharp breath. He kissed her temple, feeling the tickle of her fringe at his lips. He brushed it aside, spotting a healing bruise on her narrow forehead. He frowned. âWhatâs happened here?â
She fluttered her eyelids, still coloured with pale eyeshadow and lined with pencil.
âI knocked my head against that stupid lamp in the parlour, the low-hanging one,â she murmured almost apologetically as a sheepish grin graced her mouth.
