one of the shitty things about having quiet borderline personality disorder is that people doubt that I have bpd just because I don’t act out etc. they don’t understand that I experience all the symptoms but the difference is that i ACT IN. and plus quiet bpd or not everyone with bpd acts differently!! no one is the exact same!! why can’t people realize and understand that
