Why do I always feel like I low-key want to kill myself? Like it's always in the back of my head, but I don't think I could ever do it. At the same time, if I died suddenly, I'd be completely fine with it. I'm pessimistic but... What is this?

It could be possibly be a symptom of depression, anxiety or another disorder many times disorders and their overwhelming symptoms can lead to these feelings. Also having a large amount of stress placed on you that is constant, exams, work commitments, family commitments might be bringing on these thoughts as an extreme escape plan, maybe?Â
 - Personally before I was diagnosed with anxiety, I had a bought of depression which I had feelings of wanting to die but knew that I could never actually do it. So definitely check in with your doctor about this. Â
By the sounds of things it is suicidal thoughts that you are having and there could be another number of reasons as to why you are feeling this way. I would definitely chat to your doctor about this, it is the best way to determine why you are feeling this way and be able to give you more help than I can.Â
