What are you asking for this Christmas?  Anything fitness related?

For this #WorkoutWednesday, I suggest all of my friends take a minute to "like" B Present Studio on Facebook and sign up for a class on their site: http://bpresentstudio.com/.  

One of my friends suggested I give "barre" (click here to read more about what a "barre" workout is) a chance, and I'll admit, I was truly hesitant.  I expected the class to be a girly combination of yoga and ballet and it turned out to be the most butt-kicking workout I've ever done, and no day is ever the same.  Not only is the workout top-notch, but the ladies who lead the classes are some of the most motivational and inspiring people I have ever had the chance to meet.  Every time I go, I am reminded that I have one hour to silence all the noise from the outside world and the people and things pulling me in different directions and simply focus on myself.

I can't guarantee that other barre classes are as inspiring and rewarding, but I can guarantee that if you put the same practices to use -- if you set aside one hour every day to just focus on yourself and your personal well-being -- you will surely be a happier, healthier person and you WILL reach your goals!  

I encourage you to "like" B Present on Facebook even if you do not live in the South Bend area because of the awesomeness of their posts and if I've learned a thing or two from their daily inspiration, I'm hoping you can too :)
