When your Karoo Rose (Lapidaria margaretae) is pushing out an ugly baby and one of the leaves in a pair goes all yellow and wrinkled DON’T PANIC. This is just normal leaf absorption and it does NOT mean it needs water. If both were going wrinkly then it would just be thirsty, but since it’s one it’s not thirst. Sooner or later the opposite leaf of this pair will also be absorbed but not yet. 

Ive grown to love this bby. She looks so good in this pot, reminding me of something that belongs on the bottom of the ocean among mermaids 🧜🏻‍♀️
