And sometimes it does pay off, sometimes you do everything right and stuff goes right and you can prove to others and to yourself that you can do it.

Sometimes you do everything right and everything still goes wrong.

I had like a very important test today, something ive been studying for months and that could open doors for me to actually get a job that would pay well and still count for my disabilities.

I did everything right, you know? I took all my meds, ate a full meal, slept early, and made sure to not do or consume anything that could trigger a episode of some sorth.

I did everything right and I still woke up feeling like I got run by a truck and no one told me. I couldn't get up, and breathing hurt, I was in pain and disorientated, and I knew I wasnt going to make it to the test.

I did everything right and I missed the test which I did everything I could to prepare myself to.

This isn't intended as a vent piece, it's just- idk its easy to forget that disabilities disable, I've been raised with the "you can do whatever you put you head onto" mindset, and its a great mindset to have, it brought me great things in life. But god, it's crushing to be proved wrong by your own body.

I am luck my mom and brothers understand that, I spend years fighting for a diagnoses and to prove my dissability is real and that I am not just very lazy and unmotivated.

There is a lot of sparkle in the internet about disabilities, awarenes is important, and I am so glad how much we talk about it these days. I just feel like sometimes I as a disabled person see myself falling in those fairy tales of "I am disabled, but that will not impede me of doing it." and yeah, I do it, or at least I try.

Not sure where I am comming with this, just- try to be kind to your disabled friends and family, yeah its frustrating when someone cancels something yall scheduled because they don't feel 'well', but god I am so tired of telling people in my life again and again, "Sorry for disapointing, I am not making it"

Dora the Explorer Live Action and the FNAF Live action are two Movies that in it's core target the same type of audience.

They are made for kids that are not kids anymore, and while yes they are marketed for children, and are children media, both these Live Actions are very aware that their fanbase has grown, and the people that will really care about the movie are kids that are not kids anymore. This is how we ended with two live actions packed with references that could be considered fanservice and with jokes (this case is more to Dora's side immo) that may not hit with kids the age they are advertized to, but that hit with kids that were that age during the golden years of the franchise.
