Update of the day:ive lost 5 kg those 2 days

Im 68 kg.And somehow i lose weight so fast and so easily.In 5 days i literally lost 6 kg and i cant help but lose more.And tbh im not even tryin i just dont feel like eating,im not hungry at all.i eat 2 light 300kcal meals a day and i dont feel hungry.my body is visibly slimmer.My tummy got flatter and my arms skinnier.Also i loveeee water i drink around 5 kg a day
