I think this definitely goes with the theory that Colin is demisexual because my man has always loved Penelope. There is no doubt in that logic at all because it's evident how he cares for her. But the moment that man's lips touched hers, he knew he was IN love with her. Colin is extremely in touch with his feelings and the minute he felt that tug of his heart, he was destined to be down bad.

There is just something so emotional about this kiss. They’ve had this passionate encounter, completely caught up in desire and all of the “oh my god this is actually happening” type emotions and then it’s just…them. The two of them laughing at each other, themselves, the situation they’ve miraculously found themselves in.

And Colin, he’s just, needing something soft, quiet and reassuring. One more kiss that shows her that this wasn’t just a fleeting thing, or jealousy run amok. A kiss that he hopes communicates to her that she’s it for him.
