Unfortunately, our plans for moving to Easton will not become a reality. We have also decided to permantly close the Eureka delicatessen and sandwich shop. Our last day of operation to the public will be Sunday October 17th 2021 It has been an incredible experience for us over the past three years with memories that will last us a lifetime. We would like to thank everyone who has supported, encouraged and believed in us since we first opened our doors back on Thursday January 24th 2019 in Phillipsburg New Jersey. We could never have achieved the success we did witout all of your support along the way! Eureka Plant Based Foods is not over! We will still continue to manufacture, promote and sell our Easy Cheezy Eureka Mac. We also have a ton of ideas which we will share with you all after we get through our closing process. Our current menu we still be provided until certain items become unavailable. At that time we will be converting over to a simple Build-Your-Own process with all remaining options. PAW DOLLARS: We will be contacting everyone that is entitled to a free sandwich earned collecting Eureka Paw Dollars. There is no monetary value for any paw dollars remaining that do not earn a free sandwich. GIFT CARDS: Any gift cards with remaining balances can be used to purchase anything in the deli up until Sunday October 17th 2021.Gift cards can also be used to purchase Easy Cheezy Eureka Mac boxes or any remaining retail products after the closure of the deli on Sunday October 17th 2021.
